Nancy Wilson, a jazz musician and a three-time Grammy Award winner was born in Ohio, Chillicothe on the 20th of February, 1937. She was married to Olden Wilson, an ironworker. was employed for a lengthy period as a housekeeper. Nancy was the eldest of six kids. Nancy was greatly influenced as a girl by the music her dad played and loved when she was at her home. By the age of four, Nancy knew that she would like to become a musician. She discovered her talent for music through singing in church choirs. When she was 15 and had a chance to win an audition on television and started appearing regularly in The Skyline Melodies Tv Show while being in High School. The same year, she began to work in nightclubs. Nancy was kicked out of Central State University in Ohio after being matriculating for a full year. In 1956, she made her first album with Rusty Bryant's Carolyn Club Big Band with whom she toured from 1956 between 1956 and 1958. Nancy began recording for Dot Records in 1956, when she was part of the band. Cannonball Adderley urged her to travel for a trip to New York in order to improve her career. The city she went to was The Big Town, New York in the year 1959. Her agent heard her speak in The Blue Morocco Night Club, Boston Road, The Bronx and she signed. Within one month of her arrival in New York City. Agent Adderley signed her to Capitol in the year 1960. She made her debut that year. Guess Who I Stopped Today. Her records were successful and Capitol released five Nancy Wilson albums in two years. After Adderley's influences the singer-songwriter shifted her focus away to R&B to jazz. Nancy Wilson and Cannonball Adderley's collaboration in 1962 helped to make her a star as well as her hit Tell Me the Truth was recorded in 1963. The following year, she received an invitation to perform in New York's Coconut Grove, the most famous night club in America.
Maisie Richardson-Sellers is a British TV and film actress. She played the role of Chloe's lead in the Netflix film The Kissing Booth.
